Please read the following points carefully as use of our website and purchase of products by you mean that you agree to them.
Shopping with us
If you have placed your order on-line, we will quickly send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. The email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time and return any money paid to us in full.
Prices.
The prices displayed on our web site are in British pounds (?) but you may use our "currency converter" to estimate the price of goods in other currencies. The "currency converter" is only a guide and does not accurately reflect current exchange rates. A good web site for a updated currency converter is www.xe.com.
We try to make sure that the prices on our website are accurate but we will need to validate the price before we process your order.
We aim only to display items which are in stock and which can be dispatched to you quickly. If we are unable to supply a particular item which you have ordered or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid.
Payment.
You can pay for your goods by Nochex, Master Card, Visa, Solo, Switch, Visa Electron and Maestro.
We accept no responsibility for any payment which has been lost in the post. If we do not receive payment, we are unable to send the goods.
We recommend the you use recorded delivery to safe guard yourself if paying by cash.
If we do not receive your payment for good which have been ordered within 14 days, then we will put these goods back into stock and your order will expire. We operate a Pre Authorisation system for all card payments. Although you may have already entered your credit card details, we have 5 days in which to take payment. We normally take payment on the day of dispatch though depending on your order we may need to take the full payment before we have the goods ready for dispatch. If this is the case you will be notified before we processed.
Delivery.
Items can be downloaded once you receive the download link, almost immediatly.
Our Responsibility.
We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website or resulting from unauthorized access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control.
We will not be responsible for your loss of profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from something we have done wrong.
We make no promise that our website will be uninterrupted or entirely error free. Because of the nature of the Internet, the shopping online service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control.
General.
We will use the information which you provide and the records of items you buy to constantly monitor and improve our service and for marketing purposes only. We will not pass any of your details to any other organisation.
We may change or withdraw any part of our website, or may refuse you access to the website at any time if we consider it necessary.
All errors and omissions are accepted.

Returns Policy
Goods are not supplied on a trial basis, please therefore check compatibility or suitability for purpose with the manufacturer or other competent body prior to ordering. Please note that all orders, once placed, are considered firm and any subesequent cancellations which are allowed by us will be subject to a 25% handling fee in respect of loss of profits. This does not affect your statutory rights in a consumer transaction.
